Baldock/Letchworth Gate A1(M) J9
Baldock Bypass

Baldock's new bypass will be linking almost directly on to the A1(M) at junction 9. The bypass will end at a new roundabout that joins the existing short section of duel carriageway that leads up to junction 9 on the A1(M), Baldock/Letchworth gate. The B197 to Graveley road will remain a side turning of the existing dual carriageway as planers do not want to encourage it's use.
